Return Process

  Contact our support team with your order number and photos of the item to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack the plastic components in their original packaging, ensuring all protective films remain intact to prevent scratching during transit.

  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of the tracking receipt for your records.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned materials, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship your replacement within 5-7 business days.
